What does a battery think about its demise? How does a defective hairdryer imagine its future? Can a broken PC be anything other than a PC?
The media artist Gonzalo H. Rodríguez and the literary scholar Daniela Doutch invited people to bring along a piece of scrap metal of their choice to give it a new life. The form and medium of the object biography could be freely chosen: writing, drawing, photography, video, or sound. The only condition was that the object biography be finalized and presented at Matjö on one of the three workshop days.
